私は、次の文章で、〈世界は「安定した一点」だから変わらない〉という趣旨を述べた。〈インターネット選挙の現状は「安定」してしまっている〉という趣旨を述べた。
しかし、不思議なことがある。この「安定」には「被害者」がいるのである。戸田氏の対立候補である。
彼らは、「不当」な状態におかれている。戸田氏だけが選挙活動にインターネットを活用できる。自分達はインターネットを活用できない。これは「不公平」である。
次のうちのどちらかであるはずだ。
１ 戸田候補のホームページ活用が違法である。
２ 違法だという選管の「指導」が間違っている。
戸田氏の対立候補は何をしているのだろうか。こんな「不当」な状態で「安定」させてはいけない。言うならば、彼らは「安定」を壊す義務を負っているだ。
白黒つけたくなるはずである。「正義感」があるならば。
選管や警察に訴え続け、戸田氏の行為を「摘発」させるべきである。警察を現実に動かすことが出来たとすれば、見上げたものである。それほどの気骨が戸田氏の対立候補にあるのか。それが問題である。
そのような気骨がある人物は、ある意味、味方のようなものである。
物事をはっきりさせる同志である。（笑）
仮に「正義感」に燃えて、戸田氏のホームページ活用を「摘発」させようとした候補者がいたとする。もし、インターネット選挙の現状が「安定」しているならば、彼はとても苦しい思いをするはずである。何しろ「安定」しているのだから、それを変えまいとする力が働くのである。
彼がどのような目に遭う可能性があるのか。想像してみよう。
○ 突然、警察の担当者と連絡が取れなくなる。いつ電話しても留守だ。
○ 「『告発』を受けつけた事実はない。」・「書面で『告発』していないから無効だ。」などと言われる。
○ 提出した書面を書きかえられて無効にされている。
○ 自分が所属している政党の国会議員などに相談しても、「ああいうのは無視しておけばいいんだよ。」・「ああいうのに関わるのは君のためにならない。」などと言われる。
これらは、あくまで想像である。この件の実際の手続きと合致しているかも分からない。
しかし、これに類似した事例を読者の皆さんは思い浮かべることが出来るであろう。
それは、「安定した一点」を変えまいとする力である。
このような目にあっては、よほど「正義感」が強い人物でなければ耐えられないであろう。
さらに、重要な事実がある。戸田氏の行為を「摘発」させたとしても、ほとんどの対立候補は得をする訳ではないのである。
門真市の有力議員にとって、自分が当選することは決まったようなものである。また、戸田氏は連続トップ当選である。だから、「選挙戦にＨＰを断固活用」を止めさせたとしても、あまり意味がない。インターネットを「断固活用」しなくても、戸田氏は当選するのである。
だから、問題は「不公平」だけである。これは、大筋で「損得」の問題ではなく、「正義」の問題なのである。
このような状況でがんばれる人物は非常に少ない。
「被害者」も黙ってしまい、「安定」は揺るがない。
世界とは、関係者が影響を与え合い安定した一点である。
「安定した一点」を変えるのは非常に難しいのである。
「被害者」を踏みつけにしてまで、「安定」は維持される。

以前、私は三菱地所の異常な顧客対応を批判した。

この異常な顧客対応も、「安定した世界」を守ろうとする行為なのであろう。
つまり、〈顧客に情報を公開しない〉という形で「安定した世界」になっていた。その「安定」を私が壊そうとした。だから、何が何でも「安定」を守ろうとして、異常な行為を繰り返したのであろう。
その後、彼らの対応はさらに異常になった。嘘をつきまくり、いつ電話しても「留守」になり……。（苦笑）
これも、おいおい論じていく。

用語論ではなく、語用論が正しいのですね。耳慣れない言葉でしたので、使い切れていませんでした。（笑い）
さて、話し合いですが、話し合いが成立しない場合が多々あります。声が大きく、自分のいいたいことだけいって、あとは黙り。こんな人と話し合うのはむずかしい。話し合う目的が、お互いにはっきりしていないと少なくても話し「合う」ことはできない。
それをいかに構築していくかが、問題です。

言語活動の混乱の多くが、この区別を自覚していないことから発生しています。

「安定した世界」を守ろうとする人間は逃げ回ります。居留守を使って電話にも出ません。（苦笑）
「話し合い」が成立しない状況になっているのです。
では、どうすればいいのか。
それが、今後の文章のテーマになります。
