法務大臣は死刑執行ロボットである。
ロボットには「責任」は無い。
「責任」があるのは、ロボットを操作している者である。
鉄人２８号が東京タワーを破壊したとする。「責任」があるのは誰か。鉄人を操作している正太郎くんである。鉄人ではない。
それでは、誰が、法務大臣を操作しているのか。
次の法律によって、法務大臣は死刑執行ロボットにされている。
刑事訴訟法
第475条 死刑の執行は、法務大臣の命令による。
２ 前項の命令は、判決確定の日から６箇月以内にこれをしなければならない。
この法律を定めたのは立法府である。国会である。国会議員である。
そして、この法律を変えることが出来るのも国会議員である。
だから、まず「責任」があるのは国会議員である。
さらに考えよう。
その国会議員を選んでいるのは誰か。
我々である。日本国民である。
最終的には、「責任」は我々にある。
法務大臣は死刑執行ロボットである。
そして、そのロボットを操作してるのは我々なのである。

Hey! It’s like you understand my mind! You seem to know a lot about this, just like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you could do with some images to drive the content home a bit, but other than that, this is good blog. A great read. I will certainly revisit again.

I am impressed, I must say. Very seldom do I come across a blog that’s both educational and entertaining, and let me tell you, you’ve hit the nail on the head.
