東方神起の「呪文-MIROTIC-」が韓国で有害指定された。
歌詞が「扇情的」だというのである。

【ソウル西脇真一】韓国保健福祉家族省は４日、日本でも人気の韓国の若手男性グループ「東方神起（とうほうしんき）」のヒット曲「呪文－ＭＩＲＯＴＩＣ－」について、「歌詞が扇情的で、子どもが歌うには不適切」として有害指定し、１９歳未満への販売禁止措置を取った。同省は歌詞の特定部分でなく、全体が問題だとしている。東方神起は大みそかの第５９回ＮＨＫ紅白歌合戦への初出場が決定。この曲は日本でも１０月１５日に日本語版が発売されている。同省によると、販売禁止のほか、平日の午後１～１０時と、週末の午前１０時～午後１０時の間、テレビ・ラジオでの放送ができなくなる。

「呪文」の歌詞はどのようなものなのか。それは、本当に「扇情的」なのか。
なぜ、毎日ｊｐは「呪文」の歌詞を示さないのだろうか。

これは「扇情的」か。取り立てて「扇情的」ではない。（注１）
分かる人は分かり、分からない人は分からない歌詞である。遠回しな歌詞なのである。
これを聞いて、性的に興奮させられたとすれば、その人はどうかしている。よほどうぶな人なのであろう。日本には、もっとすごい歌詞がたくさんある。（笑）
ヤフーのおかげで「呪文」の歌詞が分かった。「扇情的」かどうかの判断が出来た。
それにしても、なぜ、毎日ｊｐは歌詞にリンクを張らなかったのか。（注２）
リンクを張っていなければ、読者は判断ができない。「扇情的」かどうかの判断が出来ない。
毎日ｊｐは新聞社が運営するニュースサイトである。オールドメディアである。感覚が古いのである。
それに対して、ヤフーはニューメディアである。感覚が新しいのである。
オールドメディアはリンクを張らない。
ニューメディアはリンクを張る。
オールドメディアは、〈読者は自分で判断を下すものである〉という発想がない。その自主的な判断をサポートする姿勢がない。〈メディアが下した判断を読者が受けとる〉という発想である。
それに対して、ニューメディアには〈読者は自分で判断を下すものである〉という発想がある。リンクを張り、読者の自主的な判断をサポートする姿勢がある。
リンクに対する姿勢は、メディアの性質を判断する基準になる。
リンクを張っているならば、そのメディアは新しい。
リンクを張っていないならば、そのメディアは古い。
そのメディアは新しいだろうか。それとも古いだろうか。
リンクの扱いを見れば、それが分かる。

どちらにしろ遠回しである。たいして「扇情的」ではない。（笑）
ヤフーは、こちらにリンクを張った方がよかった。問題になっているのは韓国語バージョンの歌詞なのである。
もしかしたら、韓国語バージョンの歌詞にリンクを張ったメジャーなサイトはないかもしれない。

I have been looking for this info for quite a while. Nearly 9 hours of continuous surfing, at last I found that in your article. Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass' favor.
