政党の略称が問題になっている。
〈たちあがれ日本〉が「日本」という略称を届け出ようとしているのだ。
しかし、｢日本」という略称は〈新党日本〉が使ってきた略称なのだ。
新党「たちあがれ日本」が、夏の参院選の比例代表で用いる略称を「日本」と届け出る方針を固めたことが波紋を広げている。過去３回の国政選挙で略称を「日本」としてきた新党日本は当然、反発。さらに、公職選挙法に同一呼称を禁ずる規定がなく、論理的には、今後結成される新党が略称「民主」や「自民」などを名乗ることも可能だという。「同一の略称は混乱をもたらす。大変憂慮している」。新党日本の田中康夫代表は１４日の記者会見で不快感を表明。さらに、比例代表票の案分を懸念して、「憲政史上初めて、同一略称で国政選挙に臨みかねない状況を放置するのか」とする質問状を総務省に提出したことを明らかにした。
田中氏は「『本物の民主』とか『まともな民主』という党を（政党要件を満たすため５人以上の）国会議員が作って、略称『民主』で届けられるかと総務省に聞いたら、『その通りだ』という驚くべき見解だった。２党だけの問題ではない」と訴えた。

当然、｢混乱」が起こるであろう。
しかし、総務省側にはそんなことは関係ないのだ。
彼らの論理はこうだ。
私達は法律に基づき行動する。
法律に規定が無い以上どうしようもない。
総務省側はハードボイルドの世界なのである。現実にどんな大問題が起こっても彼らには関係ない。｢民主」や｢自民」を名乗る政党が現れても彼らには関係ない。法律に基づき行動するのだから、法律が無ければ何もしない。法律ハードボイルドの世界なのだ。
このようなハードボイルドな総務省に現実の問題を訴えても無駄である。
総務省の行動を変えるためには、法律の問題として論ずる必要がある。
｢法律が『同一略称』を禁止しているのだ」と主張する必要がある。
田中康夫氏はそのような論を立てるべきであった。
法律が無いことを理由にする相手に、現実の問題を訴えても無駄である。
そのような相手には、法律が有ると訴えるべきである。
上の記事には次のようにある。
公職選挙法に同一呼称を禁ずる規定がなく……
これは本当か。
実は、｢同一呼称を禁ずる既定」はあるのである。
公職選挙法はもっと複雑である。
そして、公職選挙法の解釈はさらに複雑なのである。〔……続く……〕

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like 'Mixview' that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you're listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of "neighbors" will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune "Social" is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
