｢ゾンビ集団」の一部（主権回復会）が人間化を宣言する　――在特会も人間化せよ

　戸田ひさよし氏を襲った｢ゾンビ集団」について、私は次のように書いた。　

　　｢ゾンビ集団」は人間になるべきである。

　ビッグ・ニュースが入ってきた。（注１）
　さっそく｢ゾンビ集団」の一部が人間化を宣言したのである。
　｢ゾンビ集団」は、戸田ひさよし氏だけでなく徳島日教組も襲撃していた。この襲撃について、主権回復会の西村修平代表は言う。　

　……〔略〕……徳島日教組糾弾に関わった西村　斉、荒巻靖彦、永山　嵩の各氏、会の承諾を得ないで記者会見に出席した山道哲也氏を除名とします。

　つまり、｢ゾンビ集団」化して違法行為をおこなった者を｢除名」したのである。
　これは当然の判断である。ゾンビを除外することによって、主権回復会は人間集団になろうとしているのである。
　さらに、西村修平代表は次のような分析をしている。

　３・２８カウンターデモと徳島日教組糾弾は警察がまともであれば逮捕者が出た行動であった。

　前者に関して言えば、デモ隊の行進ルートに躍り出て妨害を加える、機動隊の盾をつかんで揺さぶる、体当たりをを加えるなどなど、本来なら全てが威力業務妨害若しくは公務執行妨害に該当する現行犯で逮捕されていた。

　後者は私的施設に押し入り、制止を無視してトラメガで咆吼する、受話器を取り上げ通話を妨害する、書類などをまき散らすなどなど、全て現行犯で逮捕されていたはずである。

　よくぞ逮捕されなかったが何故か。警察の能力が想像を絶するほど低下しているだけの話である。

　これらの映像は無編集でネット上にYouTube等で紹介されているが、刑事事件の取り調べではまたとない証拠資料として採用され、妨害事実を証明することになる。自らの映像で自らが起訴される格好の証拠を自慢げにネットに挙げたままにしているのは笑止の沙汰でしかない。愚かの限りである。

　以上は、もし逮捕者が出た場合、不当逮捕にはあたらない。れっきとした現行犯逮捕である。この点を深刻に考えなければならない。

　全く正しい分析である。（苦笑）
　もう一度、確認してみよう。　

　……〔略〕……自らの映像で自らが起訴される格好の証拠を自慢げにネットに挙げたままにしているのは笑止の沙汰でしかない。愚かの限りである。

　代表自ら、よくぞ言った。（注２）
　私も、そう思っていた。
　これがその｢映像」である。

　｢ゾンビ集団」が成果だと思って公開している動画が、犯罪の証拠になってしまっている。｢愚かの限り」である。
　この文章を読む限り、主権回復会には｢ゾンビ集団」ではなくなる意志があるようである。人間化しようという意志があるようである。
　
　問題は在特会である。在特会は非を認めていないのである。
　在特会の桜井誠会長は上の襲撃について次のように述べている。

　この告訴については今後徳島県警の判断が下されると思いますが、そもそも抗議されるべき問題を起こしたのは誰なのかという点について考えれば、全国規模の募金詐欺という前代未聞の組織的犯罪行為を行った者こそが糾弾されるべきものであると思います。
　●　日教組という闇

　　　
　日教組が｢募金詐欺」をしていたかどうかなどどうでもいい。
　桜井誠会長が〈悪い奴だから襲撃しても当然〉という原理を主張している方が大きな問題なのである。　

　〈悪い奴だから襲撃しても当然〉はテロリストの原理である。

　
　桜井誠会長は『週刊金曜日』誌上で｢小沢一郎暗殺計画」を公言している。（注３）
　だから、テロリストの原理を主張するのは当然である。
　
　　　●　在特会「桜井誠」が小沢一郎暗殺計画を認める
　　
　しかし、テロリストやゾンビは日本社会では認められていない。桜井誠会長は、このことを理解するべきである。
　さらに、在特会の立場は、「友好団体」である主権回復会からも支持されていない。主権回復会は、既に人間になろうとしているのである。
　在特会も早く人間になるべきである。
　もし、人間にならなければ、その行動に応じた罰を受けることになるであろう。

　この事実は次の文章で知った。
　
　　　●　矢野・朝木両「市議」がいつまでも「襲撃する運動」と公式に絶縁しない中、主権回復を目指す会が「チーム関西」を完全に切り捨て

（注２）

　西村修平代表は会員の違法行為に対して｢除名」という毅然とした対応を取った。この対応を率直に評価する。
　しかし、次の二つの疑問がある。
　
　１　なぜ、西村修平代表は謝罪しないのか。代表には、会員の管理責任があるのである。
　２　西村修平代表じしんが違法行為をおこなったという報告がある。なぜ、西村修平代表は、自分を｢除名」処分にしないのか。
　
　１は当たり前である。
　だから、２を詳しく説明する。
　次のような事実が報告されている。　

　ところが、終盤になって宝塚方面から来た「在特会」関係者約30名が、警察の制止を振り切り、集会中のロータリーになだれ込んだ。彼らは「朝鮮人帰れ」「慰安婦は売春婦だ」「外国人参政権反対」「売国奴・小沢一郎」などとわめきながら、女性に体当たりし、展示パネルを剥ぎ取り、足で踏みにじった。

その際彼らは、写真を撮っていた人らを羽交い絞めにし、フィルムを出せと脅したという。なお、慰安所の地図と、妊娠した被害者のセットのパネルを剥ぎ取って持ち帰ったのは、「主権回復を目指す会」代表・西村修平であることがわかっている。
　●　暴力化する民族排外主義

　　
　西村修平代表は｢慰安所の地図と、妊娠した被害者のセットのパネルを剥ぎ取って持ち帰った」のである。
　これは窃盗である。（また、暴行・器物破損をおこなっている可能性もある。）
　自ら違法行為をおこなったのだから、自分を｢除名」処分にするべきである。
　　
　　
（注３）

　なぜ、これで桜井誠会長が逮捕されないのか不思議である。
　『週刊金曜日』という著名な雑誌で、堂々と｢小沢一郎の首を取る」・「ある程度のプランは立ててますけど」と述べているのである。
　２ちゃんねるに「国会に突入して、小沢一郎を殺す」と落書きしただけで、逮捕されるのである。２ちゃんねるの落書きより、雑誌誌上で｢プランは立ててます」と言う方が危険性が高い。
　桜井誠会長は逮捕されて当然なのである。

If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass' favor.
