ホームページ・ブログを更新して、摘発され裁判になった人は一人もいない。刑事さんが「公職選挙法違反だ」と電話をくださったりするが。(笑)だから、「お電話」さえ気にしなければ、ネット選挙は既に「解禁」されている。それが「ネット選挙解禁法案」で規制されてしまうのだ。
ちなみに、私のブログの政府関係のアクセストップは総務省！ 読んでるじゃないか。(苦笑)
議員の皆さんも、私のネット選挙関係の文章を読んでいる。政府関係アクセスの第三位は衆議院。
アクセス第一位は総務省。第三位は衆議院。それでは第二位は？なんと財務省！なぜ財務省が私のブログを？研究？気晴し？総務省を叩くネタ探し？(笑)
それで、私のネット選挙関係の文章を読んだ総務省の皆さん。どうでした？
総務省の皆さん。どうでした？ネット選挙は既に自由。法的にも、事実としても。ネット選挙で摘発された事実は一件もない。
ホームページを選挙に活用した前門真市議・戸田ひさよし氏は摘発されていない。 ブログを更新した阿久根市長・竹原信一氏も摘発されていない。
既に自由なネット選挙を「解禁」するとはどういう行為なのか？
「ネット選挙解禁」とは、実は「ネット選挙規制」なのである。
「ネット選挙解禁」によってホームページとブログだけが「解禁」されたら、ツイッターなどの他の方法が使えなくなる。
「ネット選挙解禁」という発想自体が間違っているのだ。「解禁」とは「原則全部がおこなってはいけない行為で、おこなっていい行為だけを決める」という発想である。これは論理が逆さまである。原則自由で、おこなっはいけない行為だけを決めればいいのだ。
これは「規制緩和」に似ている。本来「規制緩和」ではなく、「規制撤廃」なのだ。「緩和」ならば、「規制」があることが前提になってしまう。「ネット選挙解禁」も同様である。それでは、禁止されていることが前提になってしまうのである。原則禁止になってしまうのである。
ネット選挙において、「おこなっていいことを一つひとつ決めていく」という発想自体がものすごくイカれている。(苦笑) もし、アメリカが日本のような国だったら、オバマ氏は大統領になれなかっただろう。オバマ氏はネットをフルに活用して、選挙戦に勝ったのである。
世界中の「先進国」がネットをフルに使って政治的な意思決定をおこなっている。その中で、日本の議員は何を「解禁」するかを議論している。ものすごいイカれようである。(苦笑)
「ネット選挙解禁」という発想自体がイカれているという話をした。
「ネット選挙解禁法案」を審議している議員はイカれている。また、それを批判もせずに報道するマスコミもイカれている。
イカれた皆さん、オハヨウ。
今日も、イカれたことを考えているんでしょうね。
「ツィッターはなりすましが防止できない」とか。「誹謗中傷が防げない」とか。(笑)
でも、現実の選挙では、怪文章が飛びまくってますから。「なりすまし」・「誹謗中傷」が普通におこなわれてますから。
イカれた皆さん。まず、ビラを禁止した方がいいのではないですか。(苦笑)
悪い影響があることは、その行為を禁止する理由にはならない。例えば、包丁の利用である。毎年、多くの人が包丁で殺されている。しかし、包丁の利用は禁止されない。
この文章を読みかえして、興味深い事実に気がついた。
複雑な内容なのに、分かり易いのである。
ツイッターの形式で書くことで、却って分かり易くなっている。
短い文章を積み重ねる形式に分かり易くする効果があるのだろう。
これは、複雑な内容を分かり易く伝える実験である。
また、インターネットで原口一博総務大臣を追いつめることが出来るかの実験である。（笑）

Good points…I would note that as someone who really doesn’t comment to blogs much (in fact, this may be my first post), I don’t think the term “lurker” is very flattering to a non-posting reader. It’s not your fault in the least , but perhaps the blogosphere could come up with a better, non-creepy name for the 90% of us that enjoy reading the content .
