■2010/10/01 (金) 議員ブログ相談室：おしえて！諸野脇先生！諸野脇先生は、『〈情報公開〉こそ「変革」の中心』・・・と書いていらしゃいますが、本当にその通りと思います。ただ、「職員が仕事をしたく無い（忙しいらしい）」という理由と「情報公開されると都合が悪い」ということから情報公開さえ拒んたり（きちんと条例で拒めるようになっています）、自分たちに都合の悪い情報は議長権限で公開しない（例えば、庭山の資料請求だけ１年以上保留したり、「議会だより」に庭山の発言部分だけのせないとか、庭山が議員の実態を明言したためにケーブルテレビ放映を中止する）など、こういう自治体、議会はどうしたらいいのでしょうか？

情報公開を目指すと、それを妨害する議会があります。このような議会はどうしたらいいでしょうか？

多くの議会で、改革派議員が同様の「被害」にあっている。議会が情報公開に応じない。情報公開をしたために、「嫌がらせ」を受ける。
にわやま由紀議員の相談は重要である。
