桐生市議会は「情報隠蔽」をしたいのである。それならば、どんどん「情報公開」をしてやればよい。それが彼らにとって一番痛いはずである。
桐生市議会がにわやま由紀議員に「嫌がらせ」をしてくるのは、痛いところを突かれているからである。

疑惑があれば、それを解明するのが筋である。「アンプ」を買った佐藤光好議員の言い分を聞き、「卑わいなダンス」を踊ったとされる河原井始議員の言い分を聞くのである。疑惑の解明が必要である。そして、疑惑が事実ならば、両議員に「問責決議」「懲罰」を下す必要がある。それが真っ当な議会である。
しかし、桐生市議会は真っ当ではないので、疑惑を解明しようとはしない。逆に、告発したにわやま由紀議員に「問責決議」「懲罰」を下した。滅茶苦茶である。（実は、このような真っ当でない議会の方が多いのである。苦笑）
桐生市議会は真っ当ではないので、ケーブルテレビの議会中継まで止めてしまう。「情報隠蔽」をしてしまう。もし、にわやま議員の主張が間違いならば、にわやま議員が恥をかくのだ。堂々と放送させればいい。議会の行動は異常である。市民は次のように思うだろう。「よほど、やましいことがあるんだな」
これが桐生市議会の現実である。にわやま由紀議員はその議会の一員である。（お疲れさまです。苦笑） それで、次の質問になった訳である。

大変ですね。桐生市議会はケーブルテレビの議会中継を中止させました。にわやま由紀議員の発言が広まらないようにです。これはあまりに突出しています。突出したところを叩くのが原則です。「不正を隠蔽するためにテレビ放送を中止させた桐生市議会」と批判が出来ます。
実は、桐生市議会がケーブルテレビの議会中継を中止させたことはチャンスなのです。ピンチは裏を返せばチャンスです。例えば、戸田ひさよし議員は、門真市議会に議場内へのカバン持ち込を禁止されました。これはあまりに突出していたためマスコミの注目の的になりました。カバン持ち込み禁止」と同様に「議会中継中止」も突出しています。突出してバカバカしいです。桐生市議会の「情報隠蔽体質」を端的に表す素晴らしい行為です。そこまで突出してバカバカしいと、マスコミも注目します。桐生市民も議会の異常さに気がつき易いはずです。
ピンチこそチャンス。相手がやりすぎたところ、突出したところを叩くのです。ですから、にわやま由紀議員はチャンスだらけとも言えます。（苦笑） 続きはまた。
「ピンチこそチャンス」である。「議会中継中止」は端的に桐生市議会の「情報隠蔽体質」を表している。この事実をどんどん広めてあげよう。マスコミにも広めてあげよう。
「政務調査費不正流用」の問題も同じである。佐藤光好議員は「アンプ」をどんな調査に使ったのか。不思議である。この事実もどんどん広めてあげよう。
「セクハラ」の問題も同じである。どんどん広めてあげよう。また、「セクハラ」は労働環境の問題でもある。そちらから攻める手もある。
次の事実を確認いただきたい。
● ブログの活用で阿久根市議会の「お掃除」が進む
「政務調査費で温泉バスツアーに行った築地新公女議員」は落選したのである。やはり、有権者は見ているのである。
事実をどんどん有権者に伝えよう。
それが桐生市議会を「こらしめ」ることになる。

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod's. It works well, but isn't as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface.
